If you are always professional headshots taken, or if you use a professional photographer do a portrait session for you, here are the things you may find it useful to know in advance ...

How do they shoot PREPARATION:

- Get a good night's sleep the night before. This is done is not always the easiest thing, but it's really important to try. The more rested you are, the better will be similar.
